For deionized water, conductivity is a very important parameter. Due to the high efficiency of the deionization process, the ions in the deionized water are largely removed, resulting in a very low conductivity. Normally, the conductivity of deionized water can reach below 20μS/cm. Generally, the conductivity of tap water is several hundred μS/cm to several thousand μS/cm. The conductivity of water after reverse osmosis treatment is usually tens of μS/cm to hundreds of μS/cm. The conductivity of water after ion exchange resin treatment can be reduced to below several μS/cm.

Conductivity Controller

Daruifuno's conductivity sensors are made of 316L stainless steel and are used for monitoring deionized water in industrial processes. We offer conductivity sensors in three K constant ranges: 0.01, 0.1 and 1. Our conductivity sensor has a built-in PT1000 temperature unit for temperature detection and compensation. The cable is 10 meters by default. Usually for ultrapure water, K0.01 electrode can be selected, and the measurement range is between 0.05~20μS/cm. The conductivity electrode of ASCK can be connected with the conductivity controller of AEC1-T to realize more abundant functions. The conductivity controller has two 4-20mA current outputs and two SPST relays. Optional with or without RS485 function. The advantage of Daruifuno conductivity controller is that it can provide parameter display of conductivity, resistivity, salinity and TDS. The controller provides up to 5 points of calibration.

For conductivity measurements that require greater precision and accuracy, it may be necessary to use more specialized electrodes such as high-purity metal electrodes or quartz electrodes.
