This video shows the menu operation of the online colorimetric CODcr analyzer. click the [Process] tab to enter the interface. This interface contains common analyzer maintenance procedures. After the analyzer has been running for a period of time, if the water sample is in poor condition. The pipes and digestion chamber may become contaminated or even clogged. If the contamination is not severe, manual cleaning can be performed. The upper left is the digestion tank function. click the [clean] button to clean the digestion tank. after cleaning, click the [discharge] button to drain the liquid from the tank. The [digestion] button heats the digestion tank to a specific temperature of 165℃. The temperature will automatically cool down after 15 minutes. The lower left is the reagent injection function. Two buttons correspond to filling and draining all reagents. When the analyzer is first installed, when all tubes are empty of reagents after troubleshooting, or when the analyzer has been down for more than 30 days. initialization is required for normal operation. click the [clean] and [reagent discharge] button. after the analyzer is clean, click the [reagent fill] button to complete initialization. On the right is the reagent replacement section, During a test, when a single reagent runs out, you can replace it. click the corresponding reagent button will refill the reagent line. excess reagent in the metering module will flow through the waste pipe into the waste tank.
