The Daruifuno WP7 hydrogen peroxide sensor utilizes the amperometric method to measure peroxide levels in water, requiring a flow cell for operation. Integrated with a controller, it facilitates real-time online monitoring of peroxide content and offers data control and output functionalities. The sensor operates by continuously assessing the peroxide concentration in water to ensure it meets the required standard. If the concentration is excessively high, the relay will trigger the dosing system to decrease the disinfectant dosage. Conversely, if the level is too low, it will increase the dosage. This automated adjustment maintains the peroxide content within a specified range.
?
Colorimetric Method: Involves reacting hydrogen peroxide reagent with peroxide in a water sample to produce a colored compound. The peroxide content is determined by measuring the compound's absorbance.
Electrochemical Method: Utilizes electrodes, such as redox and hydrogen peroxide electrodes, to measure peroxide concentration in water samples.
Photochemical Method: Involves reacting hydrogen peroxide with specific chemicals to generate fluorescence or photolysis. The peroxide content is determined by measuring the intensity of the resulting fluorescence or photolysis products.
?
Environmental Protection: High peroxide concentrations can be toxic to aquatic organisms. Monitoring helps detect pollutants promptly and safeguards the aquatic environment.
Water Treatment Effectiveness: Peroxide is used for disinfection, oxidation, and organic matter removal in water treatment. Monitoring ensures the process's efficacy and safety.
Industrial Production Control: In industries using peroxide, monitoring aids in process control, enhancing product quality and workplace safety.
Medical and Hygiene Applications: Peroxide is widely used in medical and hygiene fields, such as disinfection, bleaching, and wound cleaning. Monitoring ensures the effectiveness and safety of these operations.
