In some special industrial environments, the solution will be highly acidic or highly alkaline, and usually accompanied by high temperature, exceeding 100°C. In this case, ordinary pH sensors used in surface water, sewage and wastewater environments are not suitable. So how to choose a PH Sensor that can be used in high temperature and high acid-base environment? The ASP125E pH glass electrode developed and produced by Daruifuno is designed for special industrial environments. The pH electrode has a special design in terms of structure and material, and can be used directly in a high temperature environment of 130°C, but please note that the time should not exceed 60 minutes. The electrode is also resistant to acid and alkali, and can work in the environment of strong acid and strong alkali.

High-temperature-resistant pH electrodes usually use special high-temperature glass materials, such as borosilicate glass or high borosilicate glass, to improve their high-temperature resistance. The reference electrode should also use special materials, such as platinum-platinum-iridium alloy, platinum-platinum-palladium alloy, etc., to improve its high temperature resistance and chemical stability. The conductive cable of the high-temperature-resistant pH electrode is usually made of high-temperature heat-resistant materials, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or silica gel, to ensure the stability of electrical signal transmission in high-temperature environments.
