Overview

The 4-20mA pH ORP Controller for Sewage Treatment is a crucial tool in managing the acidity or alkalinity of sewage in wastewater treatment plants. The pH ORP controller, also called a pH ORP Transmitter, measures the concentration of hydrogen ions in a solution on a pH scale of 0 to 14, where 7 is neutral, below 7 is acidic, and above 7 is alkaline. The controller is equipped with a PH Sensor and a pH ORP controller to ensure continuous monitoring and control of the pH of the water.

In sewage treatment, the composition of sewage is complex, and an improper pH level can lead to corrosion or blockage of treatment equipment. Therefore, using an online pH controller with a pH sensor can monitor the pH value of sewage and control the dosing pump through a relay to adjust the acid and alkali levels. This helps to maintain the pH value of sewage within the optimal range for different treatment processes, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
