    Description

    A pH ORP Controller, also called a pH ORP Transmitter, is a Water Quality Monitor used to measure and control pH and ORP levels in water. Our controllers are used with pH/ORP sensors or electrodes and take the prepared measurements from the sensor online in real time.
    pH: It is a scale of hydrogen ion activity in a solution and the most common measure of how acidic or alkaline a solution is. The lower the pH, the more acidic the solution; the higher the pH, the more alkaline the solution.
    ORP: It is a measure of the tendency of a solution to gain or lose electrons in a reaction. A solution with a higher (more positive) reduction potential than some other molecule will have a tendency to gain electrons from this molecule (i.e. to be reduced by oxidizing this other molecule) and a solution with a lower (more negative) reduction potential will have a tendency to lose electrons to other substances (i.e. to be oxidized by reducing the other substance).?

    Working Principle

    Using an online pH ORP controller with a sensor can monitor the pH/ORP value of different water bodies, and control the dosing pump through a relay to increase or decrease acid, alkali and other chemical substances to adjust the pH/ORP value of the water body to achieve the best treatment conditions. It can control the pH value of the water body according to the requirements of different treatment processes and improve the treatment effect. For example, after the sewage treatment is completed, when it needs to be discharged into the natural environment, if the pH value of the sewage is too high or too low, it will pollute the environment.
